CINE 26 is for ages 15-26 and you must sign up for free membership to access this. Please bring photo ID to box office on your first visit.
NHS/Blue Light discount must be booked in person at box office, please bring your Blue Light card.
Ticket Prices and Transaction Fees
Showroom charges a £1.50 fee per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased on the phone or online. This fee is non-refundable.
New and existing paid members will be exempt from this fee along with anyone booking in person with our Box Office team.
This transaction fee has been added to offset rising operating costs.

Collecting tickets
Tickets booked online can be collected from our Box Office, Café Bar and the ticket collection machine in our main entrance foyer.
All pre-booked tickets are available for collection immediately after booking. To avoid queuing we recommend collection at the earliest opportunity or at least 45 minutes before the start of the screening.

Tickets are non-refundable.
For ticket holders who have any symptoms of COVID 19, please let us know as soon as possible, before your screening is due to take place and we will be able to offer an alternative ticket.
If we are unable to screen the advertised film or an event is cancelled, we can either arrange a ticket for a future screening or suitable alternative or issue a refund.
