Showroom Cinema’s children’s birthday party packages offer something for everyone and take the hassle away from organising your own party. We offer different parties to suit your group size and budget.
Private Cinema Children's Birthday Party Screenings
Watch your child’s favourite film with all their friends on the big screen with our private children’s birthday screenings. Create a memorable party experience for that extra special celebration with sole use of one of our cinemas. Each booking will receive up to 40 children’s tickets and 40 kids combo deals (small popcorn and drink) for each of your party pals. 10 adult tickets (no combo deal) are also included in the package for family members and parents who want to join the fun. If you would like more tickets, these can be purchased at a discounted rate.
Our in-house catering team will be able to provide a special kid's party menu for you to pre-order if you are looking to extend your celebration with food after your screening through discounted hire of our private dining space next door to your screening room.
Timescales: Bookings must be made with a minimum of one months’ notice to secure a private children’s screening. We will endeavour to source the film of your choice, although your first choice may not always be available. Please make sure you select an alternative when submitting the booking form.
Booking: Private children’s party screenings are only available on Saturday mornings. If you prefer another day, please contact the conference and events team. To book, please download our Private Children’s Party Screening Booking Form and return to the email address at the top of the form. The price per screening is £300 and includes your choice of film and up to 40 children’s cinema tickets with a kid’s combo (small popcorn and drink) for each child. 10 free adult tickets are included and additional tickets can be purchased (£7.50 per ticket for adults and £7.50 for children’s tickets, which includes the kid’s combo deal).
Children's Party Screening Package
Join our Saturday morning Family Time film screenings to experience the most beloved modern and classic cinema on the big screen. From unforgettable Hollywood musicals to beautifully animated fairy tales, Y2K nostalgia trips, to the best new releases - there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Our pre-booked Children’s Party Package allows you to reserve seats for all your party guests in your chosen part of the cinema. Each party pal will receive a kids combo (small popcorn and drink) to enjoy during the film. After the screening your party will move to our Café Bar for a pizza buffet with unlimited juice.
Timescales: Our Children’s Party Screening Package can be booked as soon as the Saturday morning film for your chosen date has been confirmed. Please click here for a list of our upcoming family films.
Booking: Children’s Party Screening Packages are available every Saturday morning at 11am. To book, please download our Children's Party Package Screening Booking Form and return to the email address at the top of the form. The price per child is £22 and includes a cinema ticket with a kid’s combo (small popcorn and drink) and a pizza buffet. Children must be accompanied by an adult buying a regular Family Time ticket at £5. Bookings of 20 children or more will be upgraded to our private café for their pizza buffet after the film screening.
